ITS will provides remote technical support M-F, 8:00am and 5:00pm.
To contact us:
- Visit the new ITS Support Portal at https://FinanceITS.freshdesk.com and submit a support request.
- Email FinanceITS@upenn.edu to generate a support ticket automatically. Provide as much detail in subject and body of the request as possible. If “Outlook is not working”, tell us what is broken. i.e: Outlook not sending; Can’t open calendars; etc.
- Call our Help Line at 215.898.4578. PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to forward our Help Line to one ITS staff member at a time. Consider emailing your request to our address above during the remote, work from home period - doing so will queue your request in front of our whole staff at the same time.
You may experience high call volume and voicemail. If your request is somewhat less complex and does not warrant a conversation, please consider emailing your support request or submitting it through our portal.
