Please consult with ITS if you plan on using a new mobile device to access university email and data. For phones paid for with university funds, individual departments are responsible for all monthly billing costs.
If a department intends on purchasing a phone or mobile device for an employee, ITS recommends submitting a ticket requesting ITS to make the purchase on the department's behalf. Please include a Budget Code and preferred Smartphone model, color, size of storage and data/voice service provider (Verizon Wireless preferred) within the request.
