All Division of Finance staff are required to complete three online training modules covering basic awareness of information security management and FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) compliance.

To complete the training:

1. Log into Workday Learning using your PennKey information at https://www.myworkday.com/upenn.

2. Scroll down and choose "Browse Learning Content", then,

3. Search for and complete all training items listed under "Division of Finance Information Security Training Program", including the live in-person training held via Zoom:
