Step 1:
Log into to FortiClient VPN as you normally do in order to access the Finance network.
Step 2:
Midway through logon, you will be prompted on your mobile device to use DUO MOBILE to approve the Login request.
Please have your mobile device handy as there is only a 15 second window to approve the request. Note: If you fail to approve the request in 15 seconds, repeat step 1 above.
Step 3:
Click on the notification from DUO MOBILE or open the DUO MOBILE app on your mobile device and select the green approve button. After approving the Login request, the FortiClient VPN will complete the login process.
