If you want to host a Teams meeting with audio/video capabilities, you can enable these features while scheduling a meeting in your Outlook calendar as you normally would without audio/video capabilities.

First, go to your Outlook calendar and click the "New Meeting" button in the top-left portion of your Outlook calendar menu bar.

Outlook should create a new meeting appointment invitation window with a "Teams Meeting" option now appearing as a new menu button.  Click on the Teams Meeting button to change your regular meeting appointment into a Teams meeting that will allow audio and video connection abilities for your meeting participants.

Online meeting options with Teams will then be presented for your review and any additional changes.  If at any time you want to revert back to a normal (non-Teams) meeting without audio/video capabilities enabled, click the large red "X - Don't Host Online" to change the meeting appointment back to an regular meeting invitation without Teams audio/video capabilities enabled.

After enabling and configuring your Outlook calendar invitation as a Teams meeting, the Teams link and phone dial-in instructions will be inserted into the body of your appointment message for participants:
