Hosts and Alternative Hosts can record Zoom meetings. During a call, click on:

- Record
- Record to the cloud (we don't recommend recording to your computer)
DoF employees may record the call and save the file locally to your computer, or save the file and store it in Zoom's cloud to download later.
During the call, you may pause the recording to cut out a section of your call, or stop the recording altogether while continuing the call.
To retreive your cloud recording, go to https://upennfinance.zoom.us/recording, or click on the link Zoom emails you after the recording is made available. After Zoom processes the video, you will be able to download the file. You can also access your local recordings and transcripts from this portal.
