ITS does not provide support for: 

  • personally-owned computers
  • third party-owner computers 
  • general business machines like document shredders and fax machines
  •  other technology not owned by the university.

Some support requests require assistance from other IT departments or third-party vendors, including applications not supported by ITS (i.e.: Student Systems such as Pennant, Banner, BEN Financials, Payroll, Workday@Penn, and WorkDay Learning, etc.)
