Zoom Breakout rooms were enabled for Finance Division staff and this feature allows you to split your Zoom meeting into, up to 100 separate sessions. 


Breakout Rooms allows the meeting host to:

  • Split a Zoom meeting into up to 100 separate sessions automatically or manually (import spreadsheet)
  • Assign breakout sessions to participants 
  • Allow individual participants to select and enter breakout sessions of their choice, but this must be done in the meeting by the host. 

  • The host can enter and leave all sessions at any time 

  • The host can designate a co-host who can join and leave any breakout sessions assigned to them by the host.
