On your DoF laptop, you can change which web browser your computer automatically uses by default:
1. Click the "Settings" icon, which looks like a mechanical gear, located off your Windows icon start button in the lower left area of your Windows desktop
2. Once in Settings, choose the Apps button.
3. Once you are in the Apps settings, first click on "Default Apps" and then "Browser" toward the right menu of App options.
4. You will then have the option to click and choose your default browser from a list of browser apps that are already installed on your computer. This can be changed again at any time by following this same process. If you are trying to change to a browser not listed as an option on your computer, contact ITS for assistance. We may need to install the browser on your computer.
