Beginning in late December, 2021, some customers using Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe DC, or other Adobe Creative Cloud product may receive an error indicating their Adobe license expired. One example may appear like this:
How do I fix this error?
1. Log back into your Adobe software product using your Adobe username and password - not your PennKey.
2. Make sure you select the "Personal Account" ( Not School or Work ) option when logging in.
3. After logging back into an Adobe product, the license expiration notice should resolve.
NOTE:
If the above steps do not work, log in to Creative Cloud using the same email address as you would use for Adobe Acrobat. Follow the same steps as above using your Adobe password to sign on and "Personal Account or Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania" to log in, if you do not remember your adobe password click on "reset your password". Once logged in you will see the below screenshot:
Click open and Adobe Acrobat should launch.
