Check Voicemail
- Click on the “Voicemail” cassette tape icon on the left menu bar. There are two tabs near the top of the window: select “Inbox’ to see all your voicemails and “Unread” to see your missed messages.
- To hear a voicemail, hold your mouse over the caller’s name and click on the purple "Play" icon to play the message. You can also click on the purple “i” icon or right click the caller’s name to pull up a menu where you can play the message, delete it, mark as read / unread, or start a voice or video call.
Call Forwarding
Click on “Call Settings” in the lower left corner. In the dropdown menu, choose “Do Not Forward Calls” if you do not want calls forwarded.
