Add a contact


Select the plus (+) icon in the top right then “Add a contact”.


A new window will pop up; in the dropdown box, you can choose to add the new contact to “Top contacts” (your favorites) or “Other contacts.


The search field below will let you add existing Penn contacts or your Outlook contacts. When you find the contact, select their name and then the purple “Add” button. You can also search and add multiple contacts at the same time.

If you would like to create a new contact in Webex, select the purple “Create a custom contact” button, fill out the form and select the purple “Save” button.







Create a new group


Select the plus (+) icon in the top right then “Add a contact”. In the dropdown menu click on “+ Create New Group”. Type a name for the group and select the purple “Create” button. You can then select “Cancel” if you don’t want to add a new contact.
