Installing Webex on your mobile device

iPhone Customers:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
   
   
2. Search for Webex and Click on the Cloud Icon to install.
   
   
   
3. Select "Sign In" and begin by entering your @upenn.edu email address.
   
   
   
4. You will be prompted to sign in with your Pennkey and password, followed by a DUO Push Notification.
   
   
   
5. You will be prompted to allow access to your contacts, your phone’s microphone and to accept notifications. You can choose to allow or not to allow any of these settings.
   
   

Android Customers:

1. Open the Play Store on your Android device.
   
2. Search for Webex and select "Install."
   
3. Select "Sign In" and begin by entering your @upenn.edu email address.
   
   
   
4. You will be prompted to sign in with your Pennkey and password, followed by a DUO Push Notification.
