Check Voicemail


  1. Select the “Voicemail” cassette tape icon on the left menu bar. There are two tabs near the top of the window: “Inbox’ to see all your voicemail and “Unread” to see your missed messages.



  2. To hear a voicemail, select the caller’s name and then press the play button to hear the message. Below you will see buttons to start a voice call, video call, delete the message, and mark the message as read/unread.

Call Forwarding



  1. Select your profile icon (the circle with your initials) on the top left corner to access the Profile and Preferences menu.



  2.  Select "Settings."  


  3.  Select "Calling."


  4. Select "Call Forward" and within Call Forward, select "Do Not Forward Calls". A check mark will indicate you selected Do Not Forward Calls.
