Add a Contact


Select  the “Contacts” phonebook icon at the bottom of the screen, then the purple plus (+) icon in the top right, then “Add a Contact."


A new “Add Contact” window will pop up; in the search field, you can add existing Penn contacts or your Outlook contacts. When you find the contact, tap their name, then choose which group you want to add them to: “Top contacts” (your favorites) or “Other contacts."


 You also have the option to create a new contact (that only exists in Webex) in the “Add Contact” window. Tap on “Customize a new contact”, fill out the form, and select “Done.







Create a New Group


Select the “Contacts” phonebook icon at the bottom of the screen, then the purple plus (+) icon in the top right, then “Create a Group." Type a name and tap “Create.
