Webex Desktop: Setting Audio Device and Silencing the Ring

- Select your profile icon (initials) in the top left corner then "Settings."
- In the "Settings" window, go to the "Audio" tab.
- Here you can change the ringer, speaker, and microphone devices. If you're using your laptop speakers and microphone, you should change these to Speakers (realtek(R) Audio) and Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Audio). If you are using a headset, use the device's name such as "Jabra."
- You can also silence the ring by moving the volume slider under "Ringer and alerts" to the left.
