In the Vonage Portal, you can turn on Unifed Messaging to forward voicemail to your email address, allowing you to listen to voicemail via Outlook instead of Webex, the Polycom desk phone or the Vonage Portal.
- Click the arrow next to Voice Settings in the sidebar to see the drop down menu.
- Click Voicemail Settings.
- In the section called Unified Messaging, click Change and select Forward all messages to Email and click Save.
- Underneath, enter your Penn email address and click Save.
