While working in a remote environment, you may want consider using a headset to enhance your telecommunications performance.
A headset is ideal for virtual meetings and for use with the PennFlex phone system because of its audio quality and hands free functionality. ITS has identified two headsets that are recommended for use with the PennFlex phone system and virtual meeting software installed on your laptop.

Purchasing one of these devices may require approval from your manager and come out of your manager's budget, so please inquire with them before making a request to ITS.
