For DoF, EVP, and OBPA staff:
First, ensure your DoF-issued computer is connected to the Finance network in one of two ways:
- If you are remote -or- using AirPennNet WiFi on campus, connect to the Finance network via Forticlient VPN. Instructions can be found here: https://financeits.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/48001172936-two-factor-authentication-for-finance-vpn-using-duo-mobile
- If you are on campus at your desk, ensure your computer is connected to your docking station or Finance network wall port. Disconnect from any WiFi network.
Then, select the personal network drive (H: or U:), or business area shared drive below.
If you encounter any problems re-mapping and connecting your network drives, please call our Help Line at 215.898.4578 or email us at FinanceITS@upenn.edu.. If you receive an Access Denied message on a business area drive please have your manager or supervisor submit a ticket requesting access for you.
